RETURN & REFUNDS

Our customer service representatives are always ready to assist you on any enquiries you may have, once you have made a purchase, we would have contacted you and prior to shipping your product out our customer service representative would have also given you a SMS or WhatsApp message to inform you on the update of the product prior to shipment. 

After shipment, our brand does not generally provide a return or refund provided the product has suffered mechanical or manufacture defects in which a return will be provided in lieu where a new product will be shipped and the old product will be returned. During this process, our customer service will generate an airway bill in which you will need to pack and return the product to our designated courier. 

RETURN POLICY 

  • Contact our customer service within 5 working days for any manufacturing defects that were not caused by you upon receiving the product. 
  • Within 48 hours of receiving your contact, we will generate a return of the product. Should the product be something that is beyond our repairs or we is out of stock, our team will inform you on this matter to provide you further options of a refund or timeframe of the availability of the replacement product. 
  • Any intentional damage cause onto the product or voluntary opening of sealed products will result in forfeiture of the return or repair.
  • Should there be discrepancies in the payment of accidental shipping or wrongful charges, a refund will be provided within 5 business working days through our partner platform STRIPE. 
  • If you are shipped a product that is not what you have ordered, a replacement product will be shipped to you within 72 hours of notification and the other product will be returned to us. 

EXCHANGE POLICY (Sizing)

  • We understand that sizing is an important issue and information may have been conveyed from both sides resulting in potential sizing error in which you are not able to wear or use the selected product. In this case, we will be willing to provide you an exchange for the item that does not fit with a new one that is based on your actual size. In this situation, the payment of the shipping to return the product to us will have to be borne by you, the new product shipped to you will be covered by us as both sides will not benefit nor gain from this situation. 
  •  Please always ensure you follow our measurement methods, if you are unsure, our customer service representative will contact you and pictures can be provided from either party to assure and affirm that the correct measurement has been made so that the supplementary replacement product will no longer require further replacements. 
  • If you feel the product does not fit you upon receiving it, we will not be able to provide a return or refund. We will however provide an exchange of the product of the same value or series. Alternatively, we will provide a credit note of the same value in which you have 12 months to use the credit provided to purchase new or different products. 

REFUNDS 

  • We believe in strong customer service, and with our network of boutiques and our customer service representatives we are able to provide you with all the information you require to make an informed decision regarding the purchase. You are also able to visit your nearest retailer or boutique to try on the product prior to purchasing online especially when it comes to sizing issues.
  • If however there are severe product issues that arise not from the causes of our customers, we will be willing to consider on a case by case basis a refund upon request. The timeframe may take up to 14 business days and multiple interactions and correspondents before a decision may be reach to process or deny a refund. 
  • We are not responsible to handle any fraudulent transaction such as friends or family making unauthorised purchases on your credit card. In this case, you would need to liaise with your bank or credit card company and your local law enforcement agencies to resolve this situation. Our team is always ready to provide any relevant support with proper documentation in accordance to the local laws and jurisdictions.
