Our delivery partner selection will depend on the best partner which can deliver within the time frame of 4-5 business days. Logistics partners could be global logistics service providers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS to your national logistics carriers.

To ensure a smooth and quick delivery process, please follow the steps below:-

  1. Please provide an accurate residential or work address that is easily accessible in the event the delivery is scheduled.
  2. Do not use P.O. Boxes as we do not accept this as a delivery address.
  3. Please ensure you provide the accurate address, with all the details required with attention to the unit number and postal code.
  4. With all deliveries, we always advice our customers to provide your personal or a contact number that allows your local logistic providers to contact you for delivery.
  5. Track your packages regularly to be updated on the status via the tracking number provided to you upon handing over the package to our logistics partners.
  6. Upon receiving the parcel, please check to ensure you receive the correct parcel and that the items received are accurate to your purchases and contact us immediately should any issues arise.

Our team will provide you the following prior to shipping and handing the product over to our courier partners. Your will receive an email that contains:-

  1. Tracking Number according to the Airway Bill
  2. Photo of the product being shipped to you (with product serial number for specific products)
  3. A US WhatsApp business number that you can enquire with regards for shipment.
