Every order ships fully tracked to almost every country in the world, and orders of USD 300 and above ship free.

Orders of USD 300 and above ship free to every region. Below USD 300, one flat rate applies per order, whatever it contains:

Choose your region in the cart to see the exact amount before you pay. When you pay in another currency, the rate is converted at the day's exchange rate.

Delivery times

• In-stock pieces are dispatched within 72 hours of order confirmation.
• Rings and made-to-size pieces are finished individually and dispatched within 7–10 days.
• Bespoke orders follow the timeline confirmed in your quotation.
• Once dispatched, most parcels arrive within 3–7 business days. Weekends, public holidays and customs clearance can add time.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS or registered national post, choosing the most secure, fastest option for your address. When your order leaves us, you receive an email with:

• your tracking number;
• a photograph of your piece as it was packed, with its serial number where applicable.

Your delivery address

• Please give a full residential or business address, including unit number and postcode, and a phone number the courier can call.
• We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
• A signature may be required on delivery.

On arrival

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 5 working days and we will put it right. See Returns & Exchanges.

Delayed or lost parcels

If tracking stops moving, contact us and we will trace the shipment with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we send a replacement at no cost.
