For centuries the fleur-de-lis has been an emblem of sovereignty, virtue and divine right. Found on coats of arms, royal crests and illuminated manuscripts, the stylised lily became the symbol of the French monarchy: a flower of beauty, and of rebirth, purity and calling.

In Fleur de Lis, that emblem is reborn, not as a relic of the past but as a scented tribute to tradition, reimagined for today. The fragrance does not imitate royalty. It inhabits it.

It opens with a radiant shimmer: bergamot, pink pepper, cardamom and fresh ginger, lifted by linalool and hedione into a crown of light. A first impression that is dignified, luminous and quietly commanding.

At its heart is the flower itself: a layered lily accord, dewy and complex, with lily of the valley, jasmine sambac, ylang-ylang and orange blossom. The bouquet feels almost ritual, like the anointing oils of a coronation. Tuberose adds an intoxicating softness, and a touch of cassis a green, faintly forbidden note, the tension between innocence and power.

The drydown is the throne on which the bouquet rests: ambroxan, musk and ambergris, with the earthy grandeur of patchouli, oakmoss and orris butter. Labdanum, cashmeran and sandalwood bring warm richness, Thai benzoin and cedarwood golden depth, and a final shimmer of Iso E Super leaves a clean, haunting trail.
